Chaperones
Chaperones are responsible for the safe transportation of students to and from the event. They will also be responsible for all students at the event. There will be a tour guide who will support students and chaperones, however, chaperones will be the main person responsible during Youth Innovation Day @ #BCTECHSummit.
Chaperones are welcome to sit in on all event activities with students. Their responsibility is to ensure that the students are present and accounted for during the event. As well, if there are any escalations regarding behaviour, this would be raised with the chaperone to assist.
Chaperone briefing calls will be scheduled prior to the event.
